Somewhere Down The Line, the debut single from Victoria BC’s Fever Feel is steeped in anticipation. Infused with the hazy wash of 60’s psychedelia, the dynamic melodies, mindful composition, and powerful performance engage and captivate the listener.
Frequent touring has been a catalyst in developing the sound of the band. Dubbed by Beatroute as a “rare act who craft their art from a place of deep introspection that the listener is able to feel to their core”, the time spent on the road is reflected in their cohesive performance.
Somewhere Down The Line is the first single to be released from the band's debut LP. The record was produced by songwriting duo Logan Gabert and Landon Franklin, and recorded with organist Thomas Platt in Fever Feel’s home studio.
The group teamed up with grammy-nominated mix engineer, Claudius Mittendorfer (Weezer, Temples, Parquet Courts, Johnny Marr) to mix the record, bringing the already stunning compositions to even greater heights.
A coming of age journey, a circus of circles where the present is always fleeting and change just around the bend. Somewhere Down The Line is the first taste of what promises to be A compelling sonic voyage.
